These terms apply to your use of Crane Docs at cranedocs.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Crane Docs for an organization, you must have authority to act for it.

Using the service

Crane Docs provides tools for PDF templates, document generation, forms, signatures, and related workflows. Keep your sign-in methods, API keys, and shared links secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Use the service lawfully. Do not upload or share material you are not authorized to process, impersonate others, send spam, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass its security or usage limits. Obtain any permissions and consents needed to process other people’s information or signatures.

Your content

You retain your rights to the content you provide. You give Crane Docs permission to host, copy, process, and deliver that content as needed to provide the features you use. You control what you upload and the sharing or integrations you enable. Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

Review your documents

Check generated documents, field values, recipients, and signatures before using or sharing them. You are responsible for deciding whether a document or signing process is suitable for your purpose. Crane Docs does not provide legal advice or guarantee that a document meets a particular legal requirement.

Availability, limits, and fees

Features and usage limits may change as the service develops. Any paid plan will show its price and billing terms before purchase. The service is provided as available; to the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep copies of important documents. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using Crane Docs at any time and contact us about closing your account or deleting information. We may restrict access when needed to address misuse, protect users, or comply with law. We will post changes to these terms here with an updated effective date.
